The service

RoomDisk is a browser app that moves files directly between devices you control. We provide it as is and as available, and may improve or change it over time.

Your files

You’re responsible for the files you transfer and for having the right to them. Keep more than one copy of anything important: a single spare disk is a single point of failure. Only delete originals after RoomDisk marks them as checked.

Plans, passcodes and payment

• RoomDisk Pro is a one-time purchase. RoomDisk Anywhere lasts one year from purchase and doesn’t renew by itself.
• Your passcode is tied to the name you choose. Keep it safe; it can’t be reset. Don’t share or publish it.
• There are no free trials. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right.
• Prices may change for future purchases; they don’t affect what you’ve already bought.

Acceptable use

Don’t use RoomDisk to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the service or other people’s devices.

No warranty; limits of liability

RoomDisk is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
